REFUND POLICY

Cancelling & Rescheduling Day Trips

We understand things can come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule. Please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your reservation if you would like to cancel and get a refund, within the 72 hour period the most we can do is simply reschedule you for a different available date. Overcast, light rain, cool or hot temperatures are not considered reason to cancel and are just part of the adventure. However, severe weather like lightening or thunderstorms, and high water or wind may result in postponing start times or cancelling for the day with your choice of rescheduling or refund. This will be based on National and Local Weather Service Warnings and Watches as well as knowledge of river conditions.
